Design Brief: Being a speculative fitout, the office design needed to be agile, with flexible spaces that offered broad appeal to whoever the next tenant may be. Natural, ambient lighting, biophilic design principles and high-end finishes were utilised to create a premium space with maximum appeal.
Hard flooring and carpet tiles with herringbone patterns provided cohesion across all areas of the office space from work zones through to the kitchen. Glass partitions were utilised to encourage natural light throughout the tenancy while a fluted film design on the glass offered both privacy and a stylish design element.
Concrete look laminates were utilised in the joinery adding texture, visual interest and a sense of sophistication to the space. Cleverly concealed storage cabinets doubled as greenery privacy screens for selected work zones while rounded furniture, ottomans, tables and desks balanced and softened the space.
Acoustic wall panelling was introduced in key areas to enhance the comfort of high traffic and noisy areas while staff wellbeing was also considered with modern and comfortable furniture.
