Overview: The client had purchased a new office space in Stones Corner that had previously been utilised as a coffee shop. Modern Concepts was engaged to convert the space from its former hospitality origins to a fresh, modern space that was befitting with the raw, industrial feel of the space’s existing shell.

Design Brief: To accommodate their clientele, Tardis wanted a space that would convey their professionalism and would foster confidence in their brand. The brief was to design a modern space with industrial vibes without compromising on acoustics and functionality.

Deliverables: A full commercial interior design package was delivered.  This included:

• Concept plans
• Design proposal
• Full set of construction plans
