Everton Plaza Laneway

Overview: Everton Plaza recently launched their hip Laneway precinct. The area features a number of dining operators in an modern, urban laneway environment.
Design Brief: The new Laneway required modern furniture to enhance its ambience and create an inviting space that would attract foot traffic and patrons. Due to its nature, practical seating arrangements were required for the narrow space.
The brief was to source furniture selections that would fit with the trendy vibe of the laneway while also maximising space and seating opportunities.
Deliverables: Modern Concepts was contracted by Reds Group to assist with the selection and procurement of hire furniture items for the new Laneway. Deliverables included:
- Source and procurement of hire furniture
- Creative concepting to ensure hire furniture was in line with the look and feel of the Laneway

- Durable timber bench seating
- Durable concrete table with bench seating
- Round black drum tables
- Black metal stools with durable treated timber seat
